Event Monitor posting policies

  • Event monitors are be used as a directional tool for special events; not for regular classes, or advertisement and promotion of club activities.
  • All requests must be submitted using this on-line form 5 business-days in advance of the event’s scheduled date.
  • We cannot accept forms submitted more than 30 days prior to the requested post date.
  • Monitors will only display events scheduled within the Carlson School of Management (or within Carlson-controlled rooms 180 or 184 in the Humphrey Center).
  • For cancellations, type cancel into the "Event Name" field followed by the name of the event, complete the rest of the form and "submit."
